By accessing and using the Site, you accept, without any limitation, qualification, or reservations, all of the Terms and Conditions.  The Site reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, being effective immediately upon posting on the Site.

If you do not agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of this Site, please do not use the Site. 

The Site is controlled and operated by the Company. 

The Site is to be used as a communication platform between the users ("User") and local pet care providers ("Members").  Users do hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that the Company does not have control over the quality, honesty, timing, legality, or any or all aspects of the services provided by its' Members.  Furthermore, the Company will not be held accountable for a Member's actions, services, or integrity.  All users hereby agree not to hold the Company or the Site liable for any theft, action, omission, services or any other matters provided by a Member which originated through this Site and expressly disclaims any liability for any damage, suits, claims that have arisen, or may arise, whether unknown or unknown therefrom.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any Indemnified Party in connection with any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with the Company defense of such claim.  

Furthermore, the Company and the Site will not be held accountable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or monetary damages arising out of User access to Members through the Site.  The Company also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of User access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or for downloading any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site. 

Images of businesses, people, pets, etc. that are displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by, the Company.  The use of these images by you, or anyone else, is strictly prohibited without specific permission provided by the Site or otherwise stated elsewhere.  Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.  Furthermore, the trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of the Company and it's Members. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of the Company, its' Members, or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site.  Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.

Registering with the Site

In order to have the ability to log into forums, and write reviews about pet care services, you will be required to register with the Site.  This will include creating a username and password, and your email address.  It will also allow the User to save any favorite pet care services, and reviews.  By signing up with the Site, the User agrees to take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, email address, and any and all related activity in association with the username.  Any personal information that you submit to the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.  The Site holds the right to terminate a user at any time for any reason that is deemed appropriate. 

Posting Reviews on the Site

While the Site encourages the use of reviews to assist Users in their pet care selection, the Site holds the right to refuse to post a review at any time for any reason without explanation.  Reviews do not reflect any views of Members by the Company or Site.  The Site will not be held responsible or liable for any review or for any claims, damages, or losses as a result of a positive or negative review.
